Resource Hero has several default permission sets that you can either assign directly to your users or clone and customize to meet your specific needs.
General Permissions
- Resource Hero – Standard User: grants access to all core Resource Hero functionality, including the ability to create and enter Time Off and PTO Requests.
- Resource Hero – PTO Administrator: grants administrator-level access to all PTO-related objects and fields.
- Resource Hero – Holiday Administrator: grants administrator-level access to all holiday objects and fields.
- Resource Hero – Rate Administrator: grants access to the Resource Rates table.
- Resource Hero – Skills: grants access to Skill, Skill Assignment, and Assignment Requirement tables.
Component Permissions
Added in Resource Hero v11.9, the following permission sets contain all needed object, field, and class permissions to use the related lightning component:
- Resource Hero – Legacy Time Tracking Component: grants access to the Legacy Time Tracking component.
- Resource Hero – Enhanced Time Tracking Component: grants access to the Enhanced Time Tracking component.
- Resource Hero – Manage Assignments Component: grants access to the Manage Assignments component.
- Resource Hero – Find Resource Component: grants access to the Find Resource component.
