For new installations of Resource Hero, please refer to the Getting Started With the Basics section on the main Support page.

If you’re upgrading from a previous version, ensure your users have access to new functionality. Users assigned the Resource Hero – Standard User v2 permission set should already have the necessary permissions.

To grant access to the RH Matrix component, assign the Resource Hero – Matrix Component permission set.

Note: The RH Matrix component requires that administrators have enabled Lightning Web Security in their environments. For details, view the following Salesforce Help support document: Lightning Web Security.
