Enhanced Time Tracking: timers, tap tracking, and customizable totals

A major update to the Enhanced Time Tracking component, introducing three flexible methods for capturing work hours alongside a fully customizable interface.

• Timers – Start, pause, resume, and commit real-time timers on any resource assignment. Timers persist across page navigation, browser closure, and logout. Optionally auto-stop other active timers when starting a new one, with configurable rounding options (nearest 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes).
• Tap Tracking – Log time in quick, user-customizable increments with a single click. Multiple taps within 2.5 seconds accumulate into a single entry rather than creating duplicates.
• Customizable Totals – A configurable totals dashboard at the top of the component. Choose which totals to show, how to display currency values, and whether to include archived assignments in calculations. Archived assignments are displayed in a separate collapsible section, keeping the active view focused.
• Time Tracking Settings allow a user to manage preferences including timer behavior, tap tracking increments, totals configuration, and display options.
• UI Improvements – Refreshed interface with improved mobile-responsiveness, date navigation, search, and updated styling.
