Once installed from the Salesforce AppExchange, you can manage Resource Hero license assignments for your users.
Assign or unassign a license for a user
- From Setup, enter Installed Packages into the quick find search box, then click on Installed Packages.
- Click the Manage Licenses link next to ResourceHeroApp.
- To assign a license, click Add Users. Select the users who need a license, then click Add.
- To unassign a license, click the Remove link next to the user’s name.
- Once licenses are assigned or unassigned, you’ll see the updated Used License count.
Add or remove licenses for your company
To change the total number of licenses your company is billed for, email [email protected] and let us know how many licenses to add or remove. We’ll help with the rest of the process.
Before we can reduce your billed license count, make sure the Salesforce application shows you’re using the same number or fewer licenses than the new total.
