How do I grant access to the Resource Hero support team?

From time to time, you might have us help you with your org. This can be anything from setting up Resource Hero, helping with customization, or troubleshooting. With Resource Hero installed, you can grant access to the Resource Hero support team. When you grant access, we get the same permissions that you have to view and update data in Salesforce. You can choose how long we have access and can revoke access at any time.

Note: The Resource Hero support team will NEVER ask you for your username and password! Do NOT include your username and password in any email, web form or phone call with Resource Hero.

Steps to grant access to the Resource Hero support team:

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. In the upper right, click on your avatar (default is Astro) then click Settings
  3. On the left navigation menu, click on Grant Login Access under My Personal Information
  4. On the Grant Login Access page, use the Access Duration drop-down to grant Resource Hero, LLC Support an appropriate time frame for access
  5. Click on the Save button
  6. You’re done! Send us an email to let us know
