While Resource Hero comes with a preconfigured set, you can customize the list of Resource Assignment roles to better suit the needs of your business.
- Go to Setup → Object Manager → Resource Assignment
- In Fields & Relationships, click the Role field
- From here you can add new, edit existing, and delete values.
