Enhanced Holiday Schedules
Enhanced Holiday Schedules allow you to define company-wide holidays and easily assign them to your Resources. With this new model, you can now assign schedules to resources with specific date ranges, giving you precise control over when holidays apply.
- Create multiple holiday schedules for different employee groups (full-time vs. part-time, by region, etc.)
- Assign one or more schedules to each resource using Holiday Schedule Assignments
- Define specific date ranges for when each assignment is effective
- Holidays are automatically reflected on resource timesheets and availability
Behavior Change:
As of v14.3, clearing the legacy Holiday Schedule field on a Resource record now removes ALL legacy holiday forecasts for that resource, including past forecasts. Previously, only future forecasts were removed. This ensures a clean transition when migrating to the enhanced model.
