Are there any support costs and what are your SLAs?

While answers to most questions can be found on our Support page, sometimes you might need additional help. Technical support is currently offered at no charge to our customers, though we ask that you give us 24 hours to respond to a support request and allow us 2-3 days to find availability if you’d like to schedule a time to talk. The best way to get in touch with us is to fill out the support form on our Contact page.
