How can I update my account details?

You can update your account details, to include your payment information such as credit card and ACH, the number of purchased licenses, address, and other information directly through the Salesforce AppExchange.

  • Navigate to the My Installs and Subscriptions page on the Salesforce AppExchange (log in, if needed)
  • Click on the arrow next to Resource Hero and select Manage Subscription
  • At the bottom of the screen, click on the Edit button
  • Address and license information can be updated from here.  To update payment information, under the Payment Details section, click the Edit Payment button
  • Enter updated payment information, then click the Review Changes button
  • After reviewing your changes, click Save
