Workday Spread options for Auto Forecast Mode

Added new options for the Resource Assignment Auto Forecast Mode field: Per Week (Workday Spread) and Per Month (Workday Spread).

Note:

Customers upgrading from a previous version of Resource Hero may have to manually add these options to the Forecast Mode picklist.
